I primarily work with self-produced syrups, cordials, and infusions,
as well as self-produced distillates,
allowing full control over flavor, texture, and expression.
Each component is crafted with intention,

ensuring that every drink is as individual as the story it represents.
A key focus of my approach lies in the combination of spirits and liqueurs, resulting in cocktails that are unapologetically boozy yet exceptionally balanced and too easy to drink.

I am Kauisa, a Berlin-based Mixologist specializing in tailor-made cocktail concepts.
My work focuses on translating personality and atmosphere into liquid form—creating personalized experiences and lasting memories,
whether for an individual or for the distinct character of an event.

Beyond mixology, I am also bookable for bar management at events and festivals. In this role, I oversee concept development, operational flow,
team coordination and quality control, ensuring a cohesive and elevated bar experience from planning through execution.

Through precise attention to detail and a deep understanding of humans and flavors,
I create cocktails that are more than drinks—they are stories, moments, and experiences. Each sip is crafted to linger, evoke emotion, and leave a lasting impression, reflecting the unique character of the person, place, or occasion

it celebrates.

The way I execute my work is shaped by the environment it lives in. For private events, I work hands-on behind the bar, preparing each cocktail personally. For high volume events such as clubs and festivals,
I develop precise prebatches that allow for fast, seamless service while retaining depth, balance, and character. Different formats,  same mindset.

Ultimately, my work is about connection—between liquid and emotion, structure and intuition, intention and pleasure.

Every cocktail is an invitation to speed up, slow down, to feel, to numb,
to forget, or to remember— Whatever it is you need in that moment.
