These are a selection of signature drinks were created within different bars and contexts, shaped by their rhythm, audience, and moment in time.
They were served publicly, tested in real environments, and refined through repetition—each one carrying the character of the space it came from...

'Might I?' was originally created for a seasonal menu at TiER in Berlin.
The menu’s theme was Tiki—a style that, at the time, was largely unfamiliar territory for me. My only real reference point was the Mai Tai.
This uncertainty ultimately inspired the name: Might I?
— as in, might I go completely off the wagon?
With that in mind, I chose to interpret Tiki from an outsider’s perspective, creating a fruity, floral drink that embraces the idea of a “Tiki tourist” rather than a strict, traditional expression.
Hibiscus infused Rum
Vodka
Pisco
Lychee liqueur
Lemon
Match Knight
Gin
Matcha
Horseradish
Vanilla Absinth
The Match Knight originated during a service at Wax On in Berlin, when a guest asked me simply to “surprise” him.
I chose to approach this by matching his energy—selecting ingredients that, intuitively, felt aligned with his taste preferences and that I believed would harmonize naturally with one another.
The drink became an exercise in reading the guest, trusting instinct,
and building balance through thoughtful pairing.
The name follows this logic as well—a deliberate play on words referencing the drink’s key components and it's moment of creation. Matcha forms the backbone of the cocktail, while a subtle hint of horseradish adds depth and tension. The “horse” element naturally led me to the image of a knight, and as the drink was created through the act of
matching flavors—and on that particular night—the name Match (K)night emerged.
Mezcalation
The Mezcalation originated from an interaction with a guest at Bredouille in Berlin,
who arrived restless, indecisive, and clearly ready to abandon restraint.
Recognizing a familiar state of mind, I chose to respond personally—
creating a drink I would have wanted for myself in that exact moment.
I chose to combine all of the given options.
Sweet
sour
fruity
smokey
even a pinch of salt and a dash of bitters — layering contrasting directions to reflect and contain the guest’s (and my own) emotional chaos.
Mezcal
Apricot Brandy
Elderflower Liqueur
Bergamot
Lime

The Odyssey was created for the event A Techno Ballet Odyssey, translating the spirit of the performance into a liquid form. The cocktail interprets the contrast of classical ballet and modern techno through both visual design and flavor architecture.
Delicate, elegant notes evoke the precision and grace of ballet, while darker, bolder elements introduce a sense of rhythm, depth, and intensity inspired by techno culture. Visually, the drink reflects this duality through layered tones and fluid movement, creating an optical interplay that mirrors structured choreography meeting raw energy.
The Odyssey is not merely a cocktail, but a sensory extension of the event’s concept—where tradition and futurism collide in a single glass.
The Odyssey
Gin
Vodka
Hibiscus
Aloe Vera Cordial
Mint

Special K
The Special K is a deeply personal cocktail and the foundation of my philosophy of creating tailored drinks—cocktails designed to represent the individual they are made for. In its original form,
the drink was a representation of myself.
For a long time, I chose not to serve it publicly, as it did not feel appropriate to place such a personal expression alongside other menu items.
Instead, I decided to evolve the original idea of the Special K and re-interpret it for a place that holds the same personal significance to me:
the Wald Bar at Garbicz Festival.
This adaptation reflects not only the spirit of the stage, but also the environment,
the energy, and the community that define it.
As the Manager of the Wald Bar, I had developed this version of the Special K as a a site-specific cocktail—
rooted in the original concept, yet shaped by the atmosphere and identity of the space itself. It stands as a dialogue between personal expression and place, rather than a static signature drink.
And as for how the drink got it's name... well, I think you can imagine.
Mezcal
Pisco
Grape Liqueur
Lemon Verbena
Green Cardamom
garnished with emotions.
